Technical Program Committee
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 16th Biomedical Engineering International Conference (BMEiCON2024), held in Pattaya, Thailand. This marks the second time BMEiCON is being hosted in Pattaya. This year, we received 108 submissions, and after a thorough review process, 89 papers have been selected for presentation in the final program. The conference will take place over four days, from November 21 to November 24, 2024, featuring 18 parallel sessions, 4 keynote speeches, and a dedicated research networking event.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the technical program committees and reviewers for their tireless efforts in evaluating and selecting the submissions. Special thanks go to our keynote speakers:

- Prof. Dr. Charturong Tantibundhit from the Center of Excellence in Nexus in Advanced Intelligence in Law, Engineering, and Medicine (NailEm), Thammasat University

We are deeply grateful for their participation. A special acknowledgment goes to Dr. Adisorn Leelasantithum, our publication chair, for overseeing the publication process.
