Registration Fees‡

* For IEEE, IEICE, IEEJ, and ThaiBME members, authors must show original membership card at the registration desk. If not, augmented fee must be paid for late registration.

* The authors attending BMEiCON2018 can register using the membership rate.

‡ A registration fee must be paid in THB (Thai Baht) for Thai participants. A registration fee must be paid in USD (US Dollar) for Foreign participants. Register at registration desk on conference date will be in Thai baht only.

NOTE 1: In principle, one registration covers only one paper. At least one of the authors must make an advanced registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline (October 15, 2019) in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.

Late or On-site Registration for conference participants applies after October 15, 2019. All of the conference participants should complete the registration.

NOTE 2: Additional accepted papers whose first author is a full-time student (a student who enrolled for degrees or diplomas with university or academic institution) may be eligible for the Student registration rates if there is at least one accepted paper already registered as Regular by the same group of authors or adviser. The Student registration is limited up to two registered papers for one Regular registration.

The deduction from the Regular registration fees will be available at the registration desk at the conference once the student status is approved.

Student status must attach official student ID card upon registration and present ID at the conference registration desk. The Student registration fee covers only the conference materials, breaks and access to all sessions (excluding the conference banquet and the Research Networking Event (RNE)).

NOTE 3: The conference fee for non-authors (Listener) is USD 175 (5,250 Thai Baht). This fee covers only the conference materials, conference breaks, welcome party, and access to all sessions (excluding the conference banquet and the Research Networking Event (RNE)).

 

Additional Fees

  • An additional fee for participants who register as 'Student' or 'Listener' and would like to join the conference banquet and the RNE USD 150 or THB 4,500.
  • An additional fee for participants who would like to stay in a single room at Arawan Riverside Hotel on the conference banquet night (November 21, 2019) is is USD 35 or THB 1,050.
